Hi...I'm Naked Pete and WOW what a ride!!!  A little history on Naked Pete...I have been an in-shape guy most of my life partly because of my athletic childhood, my natural hyperactivity, my active lifestyle of playing music 4 to 5 nights a week and teaching snowboarding in Created Butte, Co, plus the fact that I was a broke musician.  I hit 30 years old and my metabolism just stopped and on came 75 Lbs in 9 months. 8 Years later I jokingly entered a weight loss contest called My 999's Biggest Loser, a local Colorado Springs radio station KVUU MY 99.9 FM, not expecting to be chosen as a contestant.  Well you can probably guess what happened... I sent in a near naked picture of myself and next thing you know...I'm "Naked Pete" the contestant.  The 8 week contest was sponsored by Spectrum Wellness, an elite wellness center in Colorado Springs. They volunteered their staff, their facility, their time, and most of all the expertise of 3 top notch fitness and strength trainers.  I lost a total of 33.8 lbs in 8 weeks...all medically supervised.  This was done with a finely tuned diet, plenty of exercise and a lot of will power on my part.  You can see the results after just 8 weeks...but wait till you see the results of the next 3 months.  I am sticking with the program an going for the big 2-0-0.  Watch me and show your support as I go for this goal.
